Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ mean we are unable to offer these appointments to other guests meaning they cost us dearly in both money and time. Similarly, it is important that our guests turn up for their appointments on time, in order for us to meet their expectations and not cause disruption to other guests.

Due to high demand, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee:
£20 for cuts and blow-drys £50 for colour or extension services This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
All new clients are required to have a colour patch test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment
